    across leadership and management development, vocational and professional education, digital learning systems, and workforce capability in the UK and the Middle East.

    TRI-M Consulting was formed to support organisations operating in complex, regulated, and fast-growing environments to build capability at pace.

    Across the founding and core team, we bring:
