Mushall Khan is a founder and CEO of Tri-M, a workforce training company building the skills Saudi Arabia needs to deliver Vision 2030 in renewable energy, logistics, and leadership and management.
Mushall specialises in the design and delivery of accredited leadership and management programmes, alongside project management and IT. She has personally led organisations through centre approval with leading UK awarding and professional bodies. These include the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Institute of Leadership (ILM), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), City & Guilds, NCFE, BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and the Project Management Institute (PMI), among others.
Her programmes go beyond technical competence. She places equal weight on the soft skills that determine whether people succeed at work: communication, collaboration, resilience, problem-solving and the confidence to lead others. She brings a coaching mindset to how she leads teams and designs learning. She believes people grow fastest when they have space to reflect, are asked the right questions, and take ownership of their own development.
She has held executive roles with some of the UK’s leading training providers, working with employers across finance, care, retail, housing, construction, health, renewables and logistics. As COO and a founding board director, she helped grow a training business from launch to 3,000 learners. She has raised apprenticeship achievement rates from 27.8% to 39.1% and delivered a thirteen-fold increase in enrolments.
Most recently, Mushall was Founding Academy Lead for the Green Energy Academy at NEOM, where she shaped the renewable energy training strategy. That work showed her a structural gap in the market. Employers need training mapped directly to the roles they are hiring for, and it needs to stack into clear progression. Tri-M was founded to close that gap.
Mushall has spoken at higher education institutions, including Global Banking School, on leadership, workforce skills and enterprise.
At Tri-M, Mushall leads strategy, investment and partnerships, alongside co-founders Matt Knowles (Chief Learning Officer) and Angel Gani (Chief Operating Officer).
